Scribld

Setup

Up and running in five minutes.

Scribld connects two ways: a Claude Skill plus a small token file on Claude surfaces, and an MCP server everywhere else — ChatGPT, Codex, Gemini CLI, Cursor. Each tool takes about five minutes. Pick yours to see the steps.

  1. 1

    Create your account

Start a 14-day free trial — no card required. After you confirm your email, you land in Settings → Scribld with your files ready.

    Get started free
  2. 2

    Download your two files

From Settings → Scribld, download SKILL.md (the Scribld Skill, with your private key baked in) and scrbld-token.txt (it points to your workspace).

  3. 3

    Install the Skill — once

In Claude, open Settings → Customize → Skills → + and upload SKILL.md. You only do this once — it applies to your whole account.

  4. 4

    Allow network access

If a Scribld call comes back with Host not in allowlist, open Settings → Capabilities, turn on Allow Network Egress, and add *.scribld.iounder Additional Allowed Domains. The wildcard is the one that matters — Scribld’s API lives on app.scribld.io.

  5. 5

    Attach your token

Open each Claude Project you want Scribld in → Project settings → attach scrbld-token.txt. Nothing loads until you say the phrase, so it stays out of your way.

  6. 6

    Scribble something

In a connected Project, say scribble this down— Claude files the note onto the right board automatically. That’s it.
